Practical help, friendly company and community support for different people and different needs.
Practical help that fits your routine.
Talk through the tasks and visit pattern first.
Start with a conversation about what would help.
Everyone’s circumstances are different. We welcome enquiries from adults looking for practical help, companionship or support to get out and about — including people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, long-term conditions, older adults and people experiencing isolation.
You do not need to fit a particular label to ask for help. We’ll listen to what matters to you, discuss the support you have in mind and be honest about whether we can offer a suitable arrangement.
See how we can helpWe provide practical and social support, not personal care or medication administration.
You do not need a diagnosis or a particular reason to ask for support. Whether you are looking for help for yourself, a family member or someone you support, tell us what would make everyday life easier and we will talk through the options.
Explore the options at your own pace. Nothing is booked until we have talked through what you need and confirmed availability.

A familiar person alongside you can make ordinary things easier — a coffee, a walk, shopping, an appointment, an activity or simply having someone to talk to.

Better Living Services provides practical, flexible support for adults and families with different routines, circumstances and priorities. We listen first, learn what matters to each person and agree support around their routines, choices and goals.
We believe support should be respectful, reliable and shaped around real life — not just a person’s age, diagnosis or circumstances.
We start by asking: “What would make everyday life a little easier for you?”
